This painting is from a photo I took one hot summer day as I cooled myself off by spending time along the Breitenbush River. Feeling refreshed is exactly what I felt in this peaceful location, listening to the water as it cascaded over the rocks. The cool  air generated by the water was just what I needed to alleviate the heat of the day.
