I am an outdoor enthusiast and always have my camera ready to capture the scenery around me. Fortunately I have lived in many beautiful areas of the country, since as an adult I have been a bit of a rolling stone. I grew up in Oregon but once I began moving, I ended up living in nine different states within in the western half of the U.S. My love of nature and adventure has treated me with incredible scenery and beautiful areas to photograph, all of which have provided me with unending inspiration for creating art. You'll notice the diversity of my approach to painting which creativity tends to promote. I love working in a variety of approaches and with different materials, and I have found that this lends itself to my ongoing development as an artist as well as offering something for everyone.
